Injection moulding

State-of-the-art injection moulding technology to produce high-tech products. Goerlich injection moulding is carried out on modern process-controlled injection moulding machines equipped with feed and removal technology and fitted with moulds constructed in-house.
In our injection moulding shop, plastic parts and lead frames are manufactured and assembled semi-automatically and fully automatically on more than 50 state-of-the-art machines, in part using two-shot technology. Equipped with fully automatic handling devices, injection moulding machines with a clamping force of between 35 and 200 tons and an injection volume of up to 220 cm³ guarantee efficient production and high quality within a 3-shift operation. All standard reinforced and unreinforced thermoplastics are processed. A quality control process using the latest measurement and testing technology facilitates continuous process optimisation, in turn ensuring superlative product quality.
